Urgent Alert – Threat of Extraterrestrial Rocks and Raveners

The Crown of Durakiss’s urgent proclamation, issued today, confirms what our previous concerns had already suggested: the Hive’s threat is no longer looming – it is here.
"Listen, citizens of Durakiss!
It is with grave urgency that I address you today. The Crown of Durakiss, standing shoulder to shoulder with the forces of Sambrune, declares a state of emergency.
Let it be known. This very day, extraterrestrial rocks - unnatural, alien, and treacherous—were discovered in our lands. Xian herself has confirmed that the Salamender’s orbital defenses, our shield against the hive, have failed against a coordinated strike from the Hive. These rocks are not mere stone. They are vessels of the enemy, carrying the Raveners - creatures of hunger, of malice, of death. They are beachheads of invasion, and they must not stand.
Therefore, we command:
Destroy them. Where you find these rocks, erase them from our world. The spell « Incendiary Cloud » has proven its worth - use it without hesitation.
Beware their guardians. The Raveners do not yield. To face them unprepared is to court doom. Do not be reckless.
Sound the alarm. If you stand before a rock and lack the strength to strike, do not falter—report it. To Durakiss, to Sambrune, to any allied city. Time is the difference between salvation and ruin.
To ignore this threat is to betray Arche Prime.
To hesitate is to invite the storm.

The discovery of extraterrestrial rocks serving as Raveners’ nests in Arche Prime, coupled with the Salamander’s orbital defenses being overwhelmed by a coordinated Hive launch (as confirmed by Xian), marks a critical escalation.
This development echoes the warnings we explored in Issue 17’s Epsilon Black 9: At the Heart of Secrecy and the Hive Threat, which delved into the Hive’s insidious strategies. Back then, we questioned the extent of their reach. Now, we have our answer.
As Tia Nehra analyzed in Issue 15’s The Wall Between Us and the Hive, the Consortium’s clashes with the Hive were never isolated skirmishes – they were the first cracks in a fragile barrier. Today, that barrier has shattered.
And let us not forget Issue 13’s Of Falling Blights and the Watchful Ship, which introduced the Salamender as Arche Terre’s orbital guardian, tasked with intercepting Hive projectiles. Its failure to stop this latest assault underscores a chilling reality: our defenses are no longer enough.
The Crown’s call to action—destroy the rocks, avoid engagement if unprepared, and report immediately—is not just advice. It is a survival imperative. The Hive has adapted. Have we?
